The
philosophy that guides me as a real estate
agent is simple: Each client deserves my best
and most personal attention, along with the
skills that my experience enables me to provide.
When a buyer or seller is confident that I
am giving my utmost expertise and understanding—that’s
when I am doing my job.
I do have the expertise: I have been
an agent with Evers & Co. since 1987, one
of its top three agents since 1994,
and its number one agent since 2002. I know
the market where I work. I know its communities
and its houses. I live in one of the communities
that I serve as an agent; in fact, I am one
of its most active and dedicated residents.
Whether its working for my clients or my involvement
in my community, I give 100 percent.
Beyond my knowledge and skills, though, I
also understand that buying or selling a house
is, for most people, not an everyday decision
or an ordinary transaction. It means a great
deal. The financial considerations are significant—and
so are the emotional ones. I listen to people
to find out what’s important to them. Their
interests are my primary concern every step
of the way.
Whether I am helping a buyer find a house
and community that will truly become “home,”
or helping a seller obtain top market value
in the shortest time period, I am at all times
giving personal attention to that individual
buyer or seller. I strive to make this important
process as smooth as possible, and I am satisfied
only when my client is.
